体の状態が気になってきた．メタボリック症候群もあるし，気をつけなければいけない．そこで，3月からダイエットを始めた．画像は3月の結果．今のところ順調だけど，気を引き締め蹴ればいけない．目標は適正体重61kgを下回ること．まだ，ほど遠い．現在，BMI値は24．BMI値を25越えると危険域らしい．ぎりぎりだ・・・
